"Maynard's disguises," Tool, A Perfect Circle, Puscifer
Maynard James Keenan disguising live can sometimes be really hilarious.
All-Starr
The song is from the POVs of both the male and the female soon-to-be parents involved in an unplanned pregnancy. REM singer Michael Stipe handles the "male" verses and Kate Pierson of the B-52's does the "female" perspective and they both harmonize together while Peter Buck strums a bouncy melody that propels this song. The singing suggests an argument while Michael asks, "What about me?". Yes, what role does the father have in this drama? In an ironic twist, in real life Michael Stipe and Kate Pierson are both GAY.

THIS IS NO JOKE, THIS IS A TRUE STORY, IRONY AND ALL! In California, near a home owned by Sir Paul McCartney where his Beatle buddy George Harrison was allowed to stay at so he could die in peace away from the media and ultra-Beatlemaniacs. After he died a memorial tree was planted in George's honor and a plague corremmerrating him was set underneath. This memorial tree was also a reminder that George loved to do landscape gardening as a hobby. There's going to be a new tree planting ceremony soon because the current tree, which was planted in 2001 is dead due to an attack by * drumroll, please! * - # cymbals clash! # - BEETLES! Ain't that a pity?! My Sweet Lord! ; )
Lung Cancer Sucks, So Cheer Down!
Jane Wiedlin states that she is an atheist yet she is an ordained minister of the Universal Life Church. Her website has a page where people can pay a fee ($3000 - $4000) and she will officiate the wedding, perform a few songs and give autographs. All expenses of her travelling, motel, etc. are additional and paid by YOU. There's a picture of her on a throne with a dog on her lap. To the left is the word 'GOD' and to the right is the word 'DOG'. She goes by the name 'Reverend Sister Go-Go'.
I Am NOT The Chosen Messiah
when this song is played the audience often shouts out an obscene chant after Billy sings a verse of this song.
Planet Eath Idol
Possibly the most skipped track in the entire Police catalog, just a song about a boy's devotion to his mother. Or is it? Just try to figure out the time signature!

The blues psychedelia of Cream, led by Eric Clapton's majestic guitar work, was briefly interrupted by this music-ditty....the last track on the classic album Disreali Gears. "A mother was washing her baby one night, The youngest of ten and a delicate mite. The mother was poor and the baby was thin, 'Twas naught but an skelingtin covered with skin. The mother turned 'round for a soap off the rack. She was only a moment but when she turned back Her baby had gone, and in anguish she cried, "Oh, where 'as my baby gone?" The angels replied: Oh, your baby has gone down the plug 'ole. Oh, your baby has gone down the plug. The poor little thing was so skinny and thin, He should 'ave been washed in a jug, in a jug. Your baby is perfectly happy; He won't need a bath anymore. He's a-muckin' about with the angels above, Not lost but gone before. "

This song is the last cut on the band's last studio album, "Synchronicity". The Police had already agreed amiably to disband. At the end of the track there is the sound of applause. The last studio album from the Beatles, "Let It Be" features the same gimmick - on that album's last track , "Get Back", at the end there is applause and then John Lennon says a few comments including that "on behahf of the band I hope we pahssed the audition". (spelling emphases are mine). The Beatles and the Police have more than "passed auditions", they squash American Idol like a grape!
Billy Is An Idol
Though this is Chuck Berry's dirtiest song, it actually got on Dr. Demento's Radio Show.

It sounds like a normal ska song but basically complains about how her shower's temperature varies, has hard water and low pressure. It's a lot funnier than this description makes it sound.

This song has a Music Hall sound and even mentions that she picks her nose. I wonder if they hung out with the cast of Monty Python at the time.
