Bassilyo: "Undisclosed"
The Filipino rapper-slash-actor admitted in an interview that he had a spell in prison for two years hence why he missed out on the FlipTop battle rap tournament for some time. He cited it among other things as the inspiration for the song "Lord, Patawad" (lit. "Lord, Forgive Me") in 2014.

Billie Joe Armstrong: "Speeding and DUI"
He got pulled over in 2003, for driving over the speed limit, and when he got the brethalyzer test, his results were .18, more than twice the state limit, of .8

Bob Dylan: "Walking"
Bob Dylan was walking in New Jersey and someone called the police thinking he was someone else. And when the cops came by to ask for his Identification, Dylan didn't have any! However, the cops did take Dylan back to the hotel in the area in New Jersey where he would later perform.
Paul Warren
Boy George: "Possesion of Drugs"
Several times, most notably in 1986, arrested in the UK for cannabis possession, and later intercepted while en route to a party under suspecion of carrying drugs. A Culture Club tour was cancelled due to this, and it disbanded not long after. Ironically, in the song "Karma Chameleon" he stated "I'm a man, without conviction"...not any more. In 2005 he was busted in the US on cocaine charges. He eventually was fined, and had to do community service.
Ra'akone
Brand New: "Sexual misconduct accusation"
In late 2017, frontman of this group Jesse Lacey was accused of sexual misconduct by two women, both alleged these events occurred fifteen years prior when they were underage, while Lacey was in his mid-20s. Lacey then apologised publicly on Brand New's Facebook page and admitted that in the past he had a sex addiction, which he had sought treatment for over a decade before said allegations were officially made public.
POWERStarz2004
Brian Jones: "Drug posession"
In 1967 he was caught, and marijuana, cocaine, and methamphetamines were found. He was only fined and given probation, and ordered to see a counselor. He was arrested a SECOND time in 1968 for marijuana possession, and while he would have faced a long jail sentence, instead he was given a stern warning by the judge. However, given as this was his second offense, and that the US "War on Drugs" was starting at this point, it would be tougher for him to enter the US, and the Rolling Stones wanted to do a tour there. This was one of the factors that led to him being kicked out of the Stones.
Ra'akone
Britney Spears: "Child Endangerment"
Britney was recently stripped of all vistiation rights to her two boys Sean Preston, and Jaden James after she locked herself in her bedroom and refused to return them to her ex-husband Kevin Federline,
Celeste
Buju Banton: "Cocaine"
Cocaine smuggling, intent to distribute (don't quote me on this). He got a prison sentence of 10, maybe 15 years or so. Also, he's been in trouble in his native Jamaica for violent gay-bashing.
Reggae Means One Love
Bump J: "Armed robbery"
He's currently serving 10 years in Texas for robbing a Chase bank in Chicago's "West Loop". 7 years for the illegal gun, 37 months for the robbery.
