Parody Song Title:

"King of ‘Spell’s"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Dashing off some mo’,
now a one-man course of Jay.
O’er a grand he’ll go,
that’s my bet today.

Swell is this song-grail thing. . .
makes my spirits bright.
What fun it is to sight these Jaypes [sic]
each day on amiright.

Mo’!

King of “Spells,” king of “Spell”s,
king of “Spells” from Jay.
Oh what fun it is to write
such a wonderful soufflé-é.

King of “Spells,” king of “Spell”s,
King of “Spells,” El Rey.
Oh what fun it is to write
such a wonderful spoof-Jay.

A Jay or two ago,
I thought I’d take a write.
I sat my fanny right
on the chair one long night.
My course had reams, then sank;
good fortune, though, that brought
to all the amirighter ranks,
but Rob goes on; he’s hot!

Mo’!

King of “Spells,” king of “Spell”s,
King of “Spells” from Jay.
Oh what fun it is to sight
another coming this way-ay.

King of “Spells,” king of “Spell”s,
King of “Spells” from Jay.
So much done on amiright—
one day he’ll surpass 1K.

Thanks JAB... but I'm not "hot", more like beyond burned out. I keep going b/c the base song is so easy to apply to any topic. And things are slow. I think I have maybe 509-10 now... not a big deal. Will I reach 1000? Not sure at all. My monthly song avg. is still dropping down from 112 tops to around 75/mo. People probably don't know I do submissions too, so almost another 4000 there!!!

I'm betting Rob will make it to 1000. Far more than I'll ever have of "Fitz". Surely there must be some other short, easy to work with tune.

The shortest is Beatles "Wild Honey Pie"- I have 115 of them and also Willie Nelson's "On the Road Again" of which I have 62. By artist I dominate Gaga with 109 and by topic have 115 Superhero parodies and maybe 80 or so Zombie parodies. As for Third Reich and German... over 700+!!! Part of that is also aviation which runs into the hundreds as well...
