Sometimes we see it greener than it is
We’ll go and hug a tree
And ignore all trees being bulldozed
Water from the hose
Can be used too much, so go turn it off

Sometimes I wonder if we really can commune
With nature while we’re clothed
If you streak through forests of trees
Don’t get stung by bees
And watch for poison oak and ivy while you’re running

To do that is insane

Hold your nose near the landfill

Go trim your hedges
And sit down on park benches
Jerks move those benches near them

Sunburn makes you sore

Tan all of your bod
Oh today is really hot
Global warming sucks for sure
