The Lyrics

It's the sad fate of our country,
In the cities, on the farm
The lack of youthful morals,
Gone are innocence and charm

A bad decay of everything
That was there for me and you
Now the girls and boys,
Make sinful noise,
When sexed teens have a few

Always find someone to buy booze,
Someone older than they are
Then meet cross town to drink it down
And drive reckless in a car

Guess you could blame bad movies,
Junk on cable tv, it's true..
Uncaring parents, broken homes,
When sexed teens have a few

Most never work for money,
And never had to learn, "Survive"
They never grew up with a paddle
Or a curfew, home by five

No family chats in kitchens,
Like the families used to do
Just their world to roam, no ties at home
So, sexed teens have a few

Education seen as ball and chain,
Just a bitter song that's sung
All a bunch of numbers, books, and words
Like forced food when they're young

Poppin' pills, puff marijuana,
LSD, or what they do
All bad, the toys that bring them joys
When sexed teens have a few

Responsible's the one word
That they don't care to hear
They just live their lives the way they choose,
With parents seldom near

A rebellion against everything
Internet's the bone they chew
Facebook and text, who knows what's next
When sexed teens have a few

It's the sad fate of our country,
In the cities, on the farm
A lack of youthful morals,
Gone are innocence and charm

They're worlds away from everything
That was there for me and you
Now the girls and boys,
Make sinful noise,
When sexed teens have a few

The girls and boys
Make sinful noise,
When sexed teens have a few

First time I recall anyone using this original song. Very accurate observations on one of the major problems facing our country. Well done.

Wow, great title sub, first of all. And I'm gonna have to show this to my kids, it looks like they're doing the whole teenager thing all wrong. Seriously, though, well done.

Thanks, Patrick...and thanks, Claude...just noticed that this original song, and parody seem to almost perfectly fit the melody fo the old traditional, "Yellow Rose Of Texas"

AFW - Done as only you can do it! Much to think about in a fine parody. ;D
