Fear was a notable Los Angeles punk band from around 1980. They were featured in the movie "The Decline of Western Civilization" and played "Saturday Night Live" at the invitation of John Belushi. The lead singer, Lee Ving, had a respectable acting career in the early eighties. This song however, was written by the lead guitarist, Philo Cramer, whom I happened to go to High School with, and learned a lot from.It came out in 1982 as a single, with the uncensored song on one side, and the bleeped version on the other. Both versions are around 45 seconds long, which may be in the running as one of the shortest singles ever issued.
