Parody Song Title:

"Mom Finally Spoke"

Parody Written by:

Paul Robinson

The Lyrics

No, this is not my family...whew!
Mom finally spoke
which she hadn't done for ages
For she had been miffed
since she caught Dad with "Biff" (oh-oh)

Well, our Dad's best friend Biff
was certainly a big fellow
he was with Dad and stiff
If you follow my drift

Man, Mom was surprised
when she saw Biff between Dad's thighs
Damn, was her face red
when in their bed
Dad polished Biff's head

No way Dad could hide
And Mom's never been forgiving
and so from that day
Mom had nothing to say

Sighed and rolled her eyes
crossing my Mom just was not wise
And though my Father pled
nothing was said
she just glared instead

Then one day in July
We all heard our Mother screaming
these words from her lips
"Turn me over now, Biff...
uuhh, uuhh
Switch positions with Cliff...
OH-OH-OH-OH-OH"

I could've been a wisenhimer and given this a three, but imagining the ever-effeminate voice of Barry Gibb singing this made it a clear five.

Oh, absolutely, Michael...yeah...and you should hear ME doing a voice over-lay of this...I played that track out 3 times in a row on the way to work this morning...it's not often I LOL each time I play something I have done myself...I mean, the lines are no longer a surprise and I still crack on some of them when I hear them...alvin, DISTURBED is the key word here for sure...Thanks, guys...glad you enjoyed it ~ ~ ~

Was Biff opening up his "McFly"? We are still on to practice Wednesday and perform Thursday right? I have to give John the final word and send info.
Paul Robinson - August 04, 2005 - Report this comment
Rick D - YES...You can give John the final word on that. I will be driving up to San Jose - leaving L.A. quite early that morning so I can up and settled in by the early afternoon. I will send you some direct e-mails about any further details early next week to let you know things are on schedule or if anything has changed. I may send you some other possible performance ideas before then...got a few possibles in mind...Thanks!

I'd give this 5s just for the surprise of seeing MP misspell "wisenheimer" in the comments field. But it gets 5s anyway.

The preppy nick-names add a high-classhole touch!

555 for this not-for-youngsters classic. One thing...is "pled" a real word? ;-)

Peter - good catch on MP; JD - hadn't previously considered that ass-pect of this piece, but then with a subtle, interpretative piece like this like the reader is invited to use their own imagination as the story advances...Boy, some of you have VERY dirty minds...lol...Kristof - you're inquiry led me to research that...I did not get any prompt from my Word Processing program that there was a problem and I had thought it was spelled that way...so, anyway, I went and checked just now...Per ‘Encarta Dictionary: English (North America)' pled [ pled ] (U.S., Canada, Scotland) Past participle of plead Past tense of plead Thanks to all for looking in ~ ~ ~
