Dude, this is a carbon copy of the original song, but with the cast of SCTV singing it! Still, that doesn't excuse that it's a carbon copy of the OS.

Song parodies don't ALWAYS have to be different than the original song you ding ward. In fact they can have the same lyrics but have them be altered a little bit- take Wierd Al's Eat It for example- it has nearly the same lyrics as the song Beat It by Michael Jackson except it's related around food and instead of saying "Beat it" it says "Eat it." Case closed.

Bloodhound, Eat it is a bad example, the song is significantly changed, and even in your example, Eat instead of Beat, well that's 50% of the words. In general, when words are not changed it is called a COVER not a PARODY. . .so like I said, respectfully, I disagree. . .not that I'm saying it can't be funny, or even that it can't be a parody, but Eat It in place of Beat It is not a good example, a better example would be Alanis Morisette's version of My Humps, so yeah, you are right, but Eat It is a bad example---there are good ones out there (Smooth Criminal by Alien Ant Farm is another good example)
