The Lyrics

The echo chamber is not a new thing. It's simply more pronounced in the age of social media. Normally the chamber is a statement repeated over and over in hopes it will be accepted as truth. After all, if you repeat it enough, it must be true. All political parties use the chamber, but the Republican party has carried it to its zenith with the Fox news channel. Blogs and partisan websites are often the root source of the soon to be 'news,' and if you dig a little deeper beyond the websites and blogs, you're sure to find suspect facts and interpretations.
Now everyone can enjoy only the facts they believe are true.
I’m thinking thing to do
A coup
I’ll send out little verbal snipes
In ‘truthy’ writes
Then wait a bit for hype ignite
To spread my bytes
Through echoing chamber

Then words repeat and bond
In news and time
And they bring mass’s minds to me
Reports align
News lacking in some verity
Yet they survive
In echoing chamber

Please print words writ
Fictions submitted by me
I know you like
I like when sheep
When they assume words are true
I love their type

You’ll review
The views I speak
I’ll verify your daily gripes
And prod your pique
Then lovely quotes are shared anew
With friends you meet
In echoing chamber

When men hear me
Printing my words like they’re true
I’m source they cite
Please don’t tell me
“Sonny, it’s wrong what you do.”
Go take a hike.

Tell me true
Be true to me
It’s simple just to follow suit
With me agree
No need to think or speak your mind
It’s just repeat
The echoing chamber

Nya nya nya nya
Nya nya nya nya nya nya nya
Nya nya nya nya nya

Blah blah blah blah
Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
Blah blah blah blah

I will do
A simple scree
I’m thinking what I write today
Is right to me
My verbal dope is always free
For ears that need
The echoing chamber.

So join me in chamber
(Blah blah blah blah blah)
There is no danger
(Nya nya nya nya nya)
It’s lovely in chamber
(Blah blah blah blah blah)
Don’t be a stranger
(Nya nya nya nya nya)
Come live in the chamber
(Blah blah blah blah blah)
Happy in chamber
(Nya nya nya nya nya)

Appropriate, since there's lots of echo on the original song.

You should always tell the truth. Some day you may need to tell a lie and be believed. Don't fritter away your credibility today.
