Dunno wtf Canadian news or CAERS has to do with anything regarding the subject matter. It took five minutes googling to find clear, convincing evidence that ivermectin/hydroxychloroquine have no significant ameliorative effect on Covid (including in India), which shows just how lazy or biased and either way untrustworthy as a news source wherever CML got the idea that it's the difference in death rates between the two countries.

Maybe the difference is that India didn't have millions of idiots claiming that Covid is a hoax, and helping spread a very contagious virus.

Well now, a couple of these comments haven't aged well .. because the CDC has just cleared Ivermectin for use in treating COVID, because the Ivermectin protocol, which employs Ivermectin in conjunction with zinc and massive doses of Vitamin E annd D works, as was made obvious by the death toll in India as reported to the WHO and posted on the website Worldometer. Looks like a certain commentator missed that site in their quickie internet search

The website Worldometer, among other things, shows graphs of the COVID deaths of all the world,'s nations, so that you can compare the death toll between India, which used Ivermectin extensively, and the US, which damn near criminalized it. Its important to note that India has 4 times the population of the US on one third the landmass, which IMHO means the death toll in India should have been at least 6 times larger than the US .... India started the pandemic using HCQ, and on April 15, 2021 had a death total of 178K, as opposed to the US toll of 580K ( But didnt "the science" say HCQ was ineffective? How can that be) ... Then starting in early April, India commenced the mother of all superspreader events, with 5 million Hindus engaging in a mass pilgrimage to bathe in the Ganges. In the ensuing three months, India recorded 250K fatalities before bringing the epidemic under control in mid July using IVERMECTIN. On July 15, 2021 the death toll in India was 423k; in the US the toll was 629K. In all the ensuing months till now the death toll in India increased by a mere 110k to 531K. In the US, where the "The Science" knew that Ivermectin was meant only to be shoved up horses asses, the toll increased to 1.15 mil, an increase of almost half a million .... So, if Ivermectin doesn't work does the CDC have any explanation for this monumental discrepancy between the US death toll and India's ... especially since they now admit that Ivermectin does work

No, CML, the comments are as valid now as they were then. Random controlled trials have shown no benefit to ivermectin (https://www.covid19treatmentguidelines.nih.gov/therapies/miscellaneous-drugs/ivermectin/ ), and your "death rates in India" with no thought about *any* confounding variables shows that your belief in your ability to understand evidence is, well, completely misguided.

And dozens of other studies prove the exact opposite, that IVM is efficacious. And then there is the example of a least a dozen countries in Sub Saharan Africa where Ivermectin was a godsend, in that it was a cure for two horrible diseases which afflicted millions .. River Blindness and Elephantsiasis, which is probably the most horribly disfiguring disease on Earth. Which means they werent the slighest bit influenced by loathsome and insane propaganda from the CDC that IVM was only good for horse deworming. And, of course, all of these nations report death tolls that are a fraction of the death toll of the US .... And then there is the fact that the CDC now admits that IVM (actually the IVM based protocol) WORKS. Of course, the real mystery is why the CDC took so long to figure this out, when all the STOO-pid people knew this two years ago. Could it be because nobody is lining up anymore for the umpteenth booster of this .. (wait for it) .. "vaccine"

OBTW, the death tolls in these Sub Saharan countries are a fraction of the USA's PER CAPITA. The actual numbers are infintesimally smaller. But who knows, maybe living in a rain forest in Africa gives you immunity from a virus engineered in a Chinese lab taken from a bat hanging upside down in a cave just north of Myanmar, 5000 miles away. But most likely not

What I linked to (which you didn't even click on, did you?) is a review of all the research, weighted by methodology so that the better-conducted research (larger studies, blinded, that sort of thing) counts for more, and shows no benefit from ivermectin. And you think you can ignore it for "dozens of other studies", which probably don't number more than two and you haven't read those either, but someone in your echo chamber said that so they must be right.
