Parody Song Title:

"Past Little Whelp When Term Ends"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Please read "Georgie Bush Should Not Be In Command" before you read this.
What would you think if I sang you a tune
about how Bush can't walk and chew gum?
Lend me your ears and I'll sing you a song
about the "President" who's really dumb.

Oh, we'll get past the little whelp when term ends.
Mmmm, we'll outlast the little whelp when term ends.
Mmmm, we'll outcast the little whelp, when term ends.

What do I do when he's thrown hope away?
(Does it worry you, young Democrat?)
How do I feel when new dumb stuff he'll say?
(Are you sad because our land went splat?)

Yeah, but get past the little whelp when term ends.
Mmmm, we'll outlast the little whelp when term ends.
Mmmm, we'll outcast the little whelp, when term ends.

(Do you need anybody?)
I need a smart President.
(Could it be anybody?)
That just might be heaven-sent.

(Would you believe in his rose-colored sight?)
No, I'm certain that he believes all his lies.
(What is the voltage on George Bush's light?)
I can't tell you, but I know he ain't wise.

Oh, we'll get past the little whelp when term ends.
Mmmm, we'll outlast the little whelp when term ends.
Mmmm, we'll outcast the little whelp, when term ends.

(Do you need anybody?)
I need a smart President.
(Could it be anybody?)
That just might be heaven-sent.

Oh, we'll get past the little whelp when term ends.
Mmmm, we'll outlast the little whelp when term ends.
Mmmm, we'll outcast the little whelp, when term ends.

Yes, we'll get past the little whelp when term ends
the little whelp when term ends!
Please move on to "Georgie Bush Should Not Be In Command (Reprise)."

Bush makes Homer Simpson look like a Mensa member. 5s.

They just want you to think they're dumb- because if everyone knew that they're doing what they're doing intentionally, everyone would realize what criminals and traitors they are. Bush: The "conservative" who's done more liberal things than FDR, LBJ and Billary Clinton combined! Great parody, BTW.
Stray Pooch - July 23, 2005 - Report this comment
No question, Michael, you know how to use a song. I especially liked the "voltage" lines! Obviously, we are on different sides of the political fence, but good humor is good humor! (How did Ice Cream get into this discussion?) 555 again!

This parody reads best when the Joe Cocker version of the OS is used

By the way, Chuck A. Spear, I think your bullshit conspiracy theory's the best one of the bunch. It's not that it's true, just that it's so close to the truth that it's so ludicrously far away: Bush really is smarter than every one of you.

What is odd is that Kerry, (whom I assume you voted for if old enough to vote), has a much lower IQ than Bush, (and blames it on drinking the night before his test), and about three or four weeks ago when Kerry's Yale grades were released showing a MUCH lower GPA than Bush's Yale grades, (Kerry even almost flunked out one term w/ all D's and one F), YET, you write a really immature little parody about how "dumb" Bush is - and display it as if what, to fool people into thinking something untrue? Hmmm. As I said before, quality should be above quantity and you are showing the opposite. 4-1-1
Charlie Decker - July 24, 2005 - Report this comment
Nice work, Mike. These inspire me to finish this parody idea that I've been toying on forever, "Sgt. Dubya's AWOL Hawks Club Band." You should be seeing it sooner rather than later. 555 as usual!
BTW, Alex, while Bush's GPA was higher than Kerry's (and that's only true for Freshman and Sophmore year, BTW), Kerry was taking much more difficult classes than Bush was (my best friend is going to Yale next year and can verify this). It's like saying that Roger Maris is a better home run hitter than Babe Ruth when he had extra games on his schedule.

Uh yeah, "BS Forevermore"; They really are so stupid that they think exporting all of our jobs and giving amnesty to untold millions of illegal immigrants is GOOD for the US! Oh...and Saddam Hussein really has WMD's and is so despotic that he "hid" them when he saw us coming...rather than using them (although he would have used them if we didn't attack...) And there is a real difference between republicons and democraps and the check's in the mail.....

To Charlie Decker - nice try, but untrue and what of the much higher IQ? Pride comes before a fall, the two of you, learn to handle it as adults and you'll be much happier. Bush won, majority rules - try to "Get Over It With A Little Help From Your Friends"!

455... Pacing a little off, but it's a good parody.
Michael Pacholek - July 25, 2005 - Report this comment
Ohhhhhhhh...kay. Here we go. Rick C: At least Homer's daughter doesn't drink as much as he does, unlike Dubya's daughters. Chuck A: Name ONE "liberal" thing Bush has ever done. Appointing Judge Roberts doesn't count, not even if he's "liberal" by your standards. Speaking of standards, I've upped mine... Pooch: I've always said, "You can't hold a grudge and a dish of ice cream at the same time." But we'd probably get into a disagreement over which flavor is best. Tim: You may be right, but since I thought of the line "Georgie Bush should not be in command" first, I naturally moved toward the Beatle version. BSF: Bush might be smarter than the average guy who (since July 2003) bought a Kobe Bryant jersey for his son, but that's about it. Alex: I admit, this is immature. But then, it's OK for me to be immature, since I don't think I'm the President of the United States. Bush does, and he IS dumb. Was, is, will be until he meets his maker, at which point he will have a hell of a lot of explaining to do -- pun intended. As for Bush winning with a majority, his first term was illegitimate, therefore his second is also. And if 59 million people accept a lie, it is still a lie. The better man was not elected, and you know it. If you don't know it, then you're as dumb as Bush. Charlie: You're mostly right, but then, Maris was strong on defense (the best-fielding outfielder the Yanks have ever had except for DiMaggio), while Bush is only strong on talking about defense. Loud Shouter: That is my real name on the parody. To paraphrase Abe Lincoln, if I had two names, do you think I would use that one? Please, I've done a bunch of anti-Bush parodies harsher than this. Plus, I've voted against the George Bushes four times ('88, '92, '00 and '04). And last month, I was in D.C., and I looked right at the North Portico of the White House, and at the top of my lungs, did my own loud shout: "RESIGN!" There were at least two badged gentlemen who saw me, and neither moved from his post. He's had his chance to come get me, and as long as I don't actually break the law, I think I'm safe. Just in case, though, I'm boning up on my French. Montreal is 100 miles closer to me than Toronto is, but then, it doesn't have Major League Baseball anymore. Then again, neither does Toronto.

"""And if 59 million people accept a lie""" The majority of the people are stupid idiots, but you, Michael, are on top of the game, know better than all of them, (and are a bit egocentric I might add!) Maybe you are not running for president so you can be immature, however, it doesn't help your case in trying to show you know more and are smarter than those 59 million people in the majority, it helps confirm the opposite, sorry! That "immature approach" and the redundantcy of your anti-Bush songs in combo, make an even stronger case for those 59 million!
