Parody Song Title:

"Hussein Barry"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Richard Cory was just the sort of robber baron that Obama would love to tax, even after his suicide a century ago in the poem by Edwin Arlington Robinson, on which the original song was based. I dedicate this to Karl Marx, Fried rich Engels and Joe the Plumber.
They say that Hussein Barry crows, "One half of me is brown;
With political injections, I'll spread your wealth around."
Mourns the Great Society, and hankers for its guile.
He'll have ev'rything a man could want in just little while.

But my work's satisfactory;
Must I curse the life I'm given? He'll disperse prosperity;
But I wish that I could flee,
Yes I wish that I could flee,
Oh I wish that I could flee Hussein Barry.

Newspapers print his picture almost ev'ry day; they show
Hussein Barry at a stadium, Hussein Barry with that glow.
There's no humor in his Party, but advisors he has bought
Know he surely must be snappy; in ev'rything he's hot.

Yet my work's satisfactory;
May I nurse the life I'm givin', open purse to charity?
So I wish that I could flee,
How I wish that I could flee,
Oh I wish that I could flee Hussein Barry.

He freely raved "Disparity!", made the uncommon touch,
And they were grateful for his mantra, "Change",
And they ranked him very flush.
So I pine for him to blunder 'fore I'm grieving dreaded Red.
Ditch his glory; spend voting night electing John McCain instead.

Still my work's satisfactory;
Reimburses life I'm livin' and reverses poverty
When my wish comes true to flee,
Yes my wish comes true to flee,
Oh my wish comes true to flee Hussein Barry.
