The Lyrics

I see the plane is boarding,
I'm off to see my kin,
Another seven hours,
With no leg room again.

I'm stuck back here in coach class,
And time keeps draggin' on.
If there's an easier way
To get there,
Tell me and I'll be gone.

When I was just a baby,
I always flew for free,
But now I need somebody,
To buy first class for me.

So I'll keep on buying discount,
And get what I paid for.

Wish I had a window seat,
I'm by the bathroom door.

If they'd bump me up to first class,
I couldn't ask for more.
I know they're drinkin' champagne,
With lobster thermadore,

While I just sit back here bummin',
With chicken frikisee.

When I think of that return flight,
Well that's what tortures me.

This was OK, but the original song has four verses, not three. Still, always glad to see someone take on the work of The Man In Black (not to be confused with his good friend, the late great Roy Orbison).
