Song Parodies -> "Online Dating Service"

Original Song Title:

"You're Beautiful"

 (MP3)
Original Performer:

James Blunt

Parody Song Title:

"Online Dating Service"

Parody Written by:

Chris 'UZ' White

The Lyrics

Yeah, a newer one. I've always wanted to do a Blunt parody (Hell, everyone else is!) so here you go.
(Instrumental)

Myspace is brilliant

(Another stupid instrumental)

Myspace is brilliant,
Match.com too,
But eHarmony's,
Where I met you.
I checked your pic and paragraph
And I clicked the link above.
And now that I have seen your stuff,
I think I'm in love!

Compatible! Compatible!
Compatible with you!
I took a look see
On eHarmony
And if what they say is true,
I'm the perfect match for you.

Oh your hair is red
Your Profile said
And it also mentioned you were good in bed
And I don't wanna be
Shallow and petty,
But it mentioned your bra size
Was a DD! (Whoo!)

Compatible! Compatible!
Compatible with you!
I took a look see
On eHarmony
And if what they say is true,
I'm the perfect match for you.

La la la la, la la la la, la la la la, True Loveā€¦

Compatible!
Compatible!
Compatible, with you.
I sent you a message
Right over the web
Saying that I'd like to meet up with you.
And I hope that in the end
You're just not some weird old man.
Whoo!

Well, considering myself, I think I'd match up with absolutely NO one. If so, I'd probably be awarded money by these people doing a top-secret government study on whether it's possible for someone to have 0 matches on eHarmony or not.

One of the better parodies of this OS. BTW I know someone who actually married someone he met online on a dating service. In fact I shot his portrait for the site and he was so depressed during the shoot there was nothing I could do to get him to cheer up and he looked terrible. When his future wife met him, the first thing she said was "gee, you look much better than your picture on the dating site!"

W.T.F? This is not a 60s song! Besides, the original artist wasn't even born till the 70s. Here, let me vote 1's.

I must have read every parody to this song, but that is the first one I have seen on that subject - online dating - maybe my memory is short. Good one.

Um, where did it say it was a 60's song? I must've pressed the wrong button. Whoops. Oh, and thatnks for the feedback.
