Original Song Title:

"Love and Marriage"

Original Performer:

Frank Sinatra

Parody Song Title:

"Martha Stewart"

Parody Written by:

Tim Mayfield

The Lyrics

Martha Stewart was released from home confinement shortly after midnight Aug. 31.
Martha Stewart, Martha Stewart
Got a phone call warning from an expert
Told her time to sell out
But wasn't there to help her bail out

Martha Stewart, Martha Stewart
Went to prison, said there's nothing to it
Slapped for inside trading
But still her halo's never fading

Tell, tell, tell, about money blown
During confusion
Sell, sell, sell, and you'll be calling home
This institution

Martha Stewart, Martha Stewart
Got a tip off, could be losing her shirt
Now the deals she's making
Will line up profits she'll be raking

just goes to show noone can predict anything I reckon, or that there's a yin and a yang, or there must be some message in it - nicely done Tim - 555
