The Lyrics

And you thought Clifton Clowers was just an overprotective father....
They say don't go to Brokeback Mountain
If you're looking for a wife,
'Cause Clifton Clowers prefers a husband--
It is his daughter who sleeps with girls in the night!

His tender lips will wet your pony,
On Brokeback Mountain, the folks don't care.
The queers from the burbs tell Clifton Clowers
If a preacher should wander there!

I've had enough of Brokeback Mountain,
I don't want his daughter near my wife!
I'll pack my baggage and leave that mountain,
If I should stay here, I might take my life!

His tender lips will wet your pony,
On Brokeback Mountain the folks don't care.
What the queers from the burbs sell Clifton Clowers
Would be illegal anywhere but there!

The things they do on Brokeback Mountain,
Make San Francisco look almost straight.
It's just not right to raise his daughter
To fall in love with a butch named Kate.

His tender lips will wet your pony,
While all the ladies like his daughter's tongue.
His son's gotta crush on Michael Jackson,
But Jacko tells me, the boy's too young!

Had it up to here with Clifton Clowers,
I'm gonna run down from his mountain,
I'm gonna take some gasoline,
That'll be the end of Clifton Clowers!
I'm gonna burn up Brokeback Mountain,
I'm gonna roast the queers he loves....

Not the first parody with this idea, but funny trumps unoriginality.

Thought the pacing was a little off but not enough to ding ya.

Do they have a Gay Pride rodeo?

JB---This song allows some latitude on syllables, so the pacing here doesn't have to be exact. Glad you thought it was funny. 2E--Never thought of that, but I think it would be a little stale for this situation. I mean, a lustful gay boy even Jacko thinks is too young for that sort of thing? But good idea, though ;)---MM

2Eagle - there is definitely a gay rodeo in LA - I knew guys who used to ride in it... Good parody Tim.
