This goes out to Democratic Senator candidate Elizabeth Warren who has been caught with her buckskins down .. as it has been revealed that she got her position as a professor at Harvard Law by claiming minority status as a member of the Cherokee nation based solely on the fact that her great great great grandfather married a Cherokee

(Apparently the story has gotten worse for Elizabeth Warren, as the ethnic makeup of her great great great grandmother is now in question ... she's either only half Cherokee or not Cherokee at all. All of which has led Paul Revere and the Raiders to sing out in protest ...)

OBTW, those words in parenthesis in "Half Breed" ... they're sung by a chorus of Cherokee background singers .. or something. Which means my parody actually does match the pace of the OS ..or something

I can't imagine there's too many people who are only 1/64 Cherokee, must be a very small minority, certainly worth more governmental protection than most larger minorities! ;-)

Things have gotten even worse for the would-be senator. It seems that her great great great grandfather rounded up Cherokees into stockades in (what is now) Chattanooga, to start them off on the Trail of Tears.

Thanks, all. Steve, I was actually aware of that fact, but when the line "Couldn't find a blood relation" popped into my head, I decided to avoid using that bit of info about Warren's great great great grandfather... although I have no doubt that a parody on that score is quite doable. Talk about brutal irony
