It's my favorite meal time. It's the grandest kind
I'll get stuffed like food is going out of style
I have got the biggest gut that you've ever seen
And I'll take on anyone who thinks that they can eat more than me this time

I love Thanksgiving, almost every part
Love my turkey white, not so much the dark
I'll dig into vats of mashed po-tat-os
Pull a plastic bag over all of my clothes
In case I spill.......

Stuffing, yams, and olives, juicy cranberries
Be sure to avoid grandma's specialty, creamed peas
Rolls, and pie and ice cream; green bean casserole
I just want to eat everything, climb in the gravy boat and start to row

I can't resist, the sticks of cel'ry smeared with bottled cheese
Mounds of food, all there, laid out before me all meant to tempt and tease
