Jon Schaffer: "Obstruction"
Jon Schaffer was arrested for his role in the Jan. 6th Capitol Riot and charged with obstructing an official proceeding of Congress and trespassing on restricted grounds of the Capitol while armed with a dangerous weapon. He pleaded guilty and was recommended to get between 3.5 and 4.5 years in jail depending on if he co-operated with investigators on getting information on other rioters.

Ronnie Radke (Falling In Reverse): "Battery, possession of an illegal weapon"
In 2006, Ronnie and another individual by the name of Chase Rader got into a fight outside of a Las Vegas school, resulting in the death of Michael Cook. Radke pleaded guilty to a battery with substantial bodily harm charge due to his possession of a pair of brass knuckles. He was sentenced to five years probation plus $92,000 in restitution. He ended up serving 2 1/2 years in prison for violating probation.
